| Mr.
Soung M. Lee, who has been in plush toy business for last 15
years, had a dream of creating his own line of plush toys that
are safe for children. His experience in working for plush
material manufacturer has helped him to devise a way to apply
a new and innovative anti-bacterial process (patent pending)
to his manufacturing process, which is a major breakthrough
for plush toys! |

lines include a full range of plush toys including Chopstix (a
lovable panda bear with a message), Enchanted Kingdom (garden
of friends), Marci, Sinbad and Snowman lines. |

| Mr.
Lee's company has been manufacturing plush toys since 1996 for
various US and European manufacturers as an OEM. His company
has a proven track record of fulfilling large orders on time
and on budget. |

| He is
showing several different lines of toys designed in-house and
under license from US designers in upcoming shows in USA and
in Europe. He is looking for direct importers and distributors
for his company's plush toy lines in US and Europe. He is also
looking for US manufacturers who are interested in
subcontracting his company for manufacturing plush toys of
their design using new anti-bacterial process. |
